Piandimare, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo
Based in the heart of Villamagna, a short distance from the Adriatic, Piandimare craft fruit-forward, elegant examples of Montepulciano. The Blue Label, an homage to the influence of the Adriatic, shows hints of dried fruits, blackberry & spice with fine grained tannins framing the finish.
Paolo Leo, Appassimento Primitivo
A crowd-pleasing, Morgan Edwards favourite, Paolo Leo's 'Appassimento' Primitivo apes the great wines of Amarone, using partially dried grapes to produce a rich, deep, chocolately Primitivo that has become one of our most popular wines.
